Trekking is a form of walking, undertaken with the specific purpose of exploring and enjoying the scenery. It usually takes place on trails in areas of relatively unspoiled wilderness.

Ta Nang - Phan Dung is a road with a length of more than in a 50 km in the territory of 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan. The diverse vegetation and the majestic beauty of the mountains and forests, the level of danger is under control so this road becomes great for almost all ages.

Characteristics of road supply: Ta Nang is a beautiful road and I can said it less arduous than Phan Dung because the slope is not too high, there are many trails, scenery are very beautiful, towards Phan Dung (down to a waterfall - Yavly). The road is quite slippery, mainly pines, winding road with many slopes. At Ta Nang peak: in the evening, the dew drops quite thick and fast, specially it become windy strongly in the middle of the night.

Ta Nang - Phan Dung isn't a new trekking place for young people so for your safety and there admire the beauty of nature here, apart from a passion for "carrying backpacks and going", You must also equip yourself with some necessary skills:

- First is psychological and health preparation: you should know that staying in the forest for 2 to 3 days and almost no phone waves, the temperature will drop very blow and windy in the evening so you should prepare warm clothes, sleeping bags, practice on personal hygiene in a forest;Your health to be good enough for crossing the road which is more than 50 km by your feet.

- Need a guide: The road is not too difficult to go but there are many turns, even though I have experienced but I'm still not confident to lead the way on that road, you should contact Porter first to transport your stocks. The Porter is included a guide this is very useful: it helps your team to be softer on the move and avoid getting lost. You should also know that there are people missed and lost their lives in this place so without a guide, the place will hide many dangers.

- Prepare a good raincoat: if you choose this road for trekking in rainy months like July, then you will see your advice really useful. Since you notice the sky get cloudy and have lightning alarm start raining take within 1 minute after. So to make sure your luggage is not wet, you should be well equipped.

- Prepare a good pair of shoes and shin - hands: good shoes are sufficient conditions when you start your journey, it will help your footsteps more stable and gentle. The shin and arm tube help you avoid squeezing (small animal sucking blood or staying in shrubs) and insects, grinding with plants, ..

- Prepare a full range of food and water: many people set up a team, each of them prepares food and water for themselves but the leader should give "standard" of eating here, when I went trekking has a group with only a few pieces of cake and water bottles so the group has been hungry for one last night, the lack of food and water will affect your health on the journey.

- Shouldn't stop a stream for too long, if you see the flood immediately move away from the stream: this is your own experience, I noticed in the flooding line very quickly, the time I trekking the whole group to play at streams but did not notice the water rising very fast, fortunately our Porter called us to move quickly because it was really dangerous. In a split second after we passed the stream, all the stones were filled with water.

Preparing so many things but I am sure that if I experience it myself, the feeling will be great, for me nothing can replace the view of the sunrise on Ta Nang peak, a majestic and beautiful spectacle and It will be difficult to take your eyes off it.

What I am equally impressed with is the sincerity and the utmost help of the Porters of Chru ethnic people, if not for you, we may be very difficult to complete this journey.

Trekking also but other types of tourism, there are always dangers that you may not expect so whether you travel in any form always prepare yourself a good health, a psychological Golden sesame and some basic survival skills. Wish you have a great trip.
